Idrogrow vi offre un'unica e semplice tariffa di spedizione comprensiva di IVA e assicurazione: 10,00 €. E per gli ordini superiori a 99 € di imponibile (99 € senza iva) le spese di spedizione sono gratuite! Idrogrow, offre gratuitamente insieme alla spedizione la copertura assicurativa sulla merce spedita.

1. Consegna entro 24 ore (48 ore Isole e
Calabria). 7. La merce è imballata e all'esterno non c'è alcun riferimento o indicazione del contenuto.
8. La merce viene consegnata al domicilio
indicato nell'ordine e in caso di assenza verrà depositata presso
il centro SDA della zona.

3) DIRITTO DI RECESSO L'acquirente puo' esercitare il diritto di recesso ai sensi del D.L. 185/99 art.5 entro 8gg dalla data di consegna con raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. Durante i primi 8 gg puoi testare gli articoli. In caso di vizi, difetti, guasti, ecc invia una email a info@idrogrow.com per concordare la restituzione della merce e ricevere il numero di autorizzazione al reso. Potrai scegliere se cambiare la merce con altri articoli dello stesso valore, ottenere un buono da spendere su Idrogrow.com o la restituzione dell' importo speso. Le spese di spedizione, anche se offerte gratuitamente non son rimborsabili. La raccomandata per esercitare il diritto di recesso deve essere spedita a: Idrogrow di Albicini Francesco - Via Lombardia, 10 Carpi (Mo) 41012.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
The clients who live out of Italy can write us directly to place an oreder: we need to calculate the freight costs that are based on the delivery mesures and weight. If you prefere to place the order throught the website, contact us before paying to know the delivery cost amount. You can write to or e-mail address: info@idrogrow.com or ordini@idrogrow.com . Then we'll contact you to communicate the total amount for you order.
DELIVERY
We generally use two carriers: SDA for packages and Pall-Ex for Pallets. If you prefere to use your own carrier, contact us and we will communicate you when the delivery can be picked up. If you place the order through the website please wait for our Proforma Invoice or order confirmation before making the payment!
The price for final costumers includes the italian IVA, the prices for shops or Companies provided with VAT Entry are IVAfree, because you don't have to pay it.
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if you placed it before noon or the following al least. If for any reasons we should need more time, we will contact you. All our package will arrive in very secure and discreate packaging. Large items and pallets will arrive covered in thick shrink wrap to preserve it from damages.
PAYMENTS
The payments can be made by Bank transfer on our account, PayPal or cash on delivery. Please communicate us which one will you use. If you prefere to pay by Bank Transfert contact us and we will let you have all the necessary data.
RETURNS
After receiving the goods, please notify us by mail any damage or wrong/missing item and send us photographs as proof. If there are any visible daages due to delivery, make sure that this will be clearly indicated ond the shipping paper you sign with the Delivery Company. Otherwise there is no possibility for insurance claim. Send back any damaged product at your charge to IDROGROW, Via Lomabrdia N° 10, 41012 Carpi (Mo). Please, fullfill an RMA document for each return: we will credit note after having checked the products.
