16mm In-Line Tap

16mm in-line taps are a very useful accessory.

They can be inserted in-line just after the connection to your reservoir, allowing you to turn off the water supply if you need to undertake any maintenance or pause irrigation.

These fittings can also be added to the end of a pipe run so that you can occasionally open the tap and flush the lines.

Doing this will remove any sediment or lime scale build-up that might otherwise occur over time.

Flushing the pipework only takes a couple of minutes and, if performed every couple of weeks, benefits flow and function greatly.
