Description
SET ICE-O-LATOR® SMALL (PRO) – 8 Filtering Bags
Bag diameter: 30 cm
Required bucket: 20 L / 5 gal (not included)
Working bag capacity (220 μm): ~200 g of dried plant material
Product Description
The Ice-O-Lator® Small (PRO) set is designed to process up to 200 grams of dried plant material, representing the most complete and professional version of our system for small-scale resin extraction. This set includes 8 filtering bags with mesh sizes of 220 μm, 185 μm, 120 μm, 90 μm, 70 μm, 45 μm, 38 μm, and 25 μm, offering up to six levels of separation based on crystal quality and size.
This set is perfect for those who want to explore the Ice-O-Lator® production process in detail. You can adapt the configuration to the specific requirements of your plant material:
- Large crystals: Separate high-quality resin glands using filters of 120, 90, and 70 μm.
- Small crystals: Capture finer trichomes in the ranges of 45, 38, and 25 μm.
- Use the 185 μm and/or 120 μm bags as intermediate filters, along with the 220 μm working bag, for even more precise results.
What's New
A 150 μm experimental Small Bag is now available. You can customize your 8-bag set by replacing one of the standard bags with the 150 μm Small Bag, tailored to your material's specific needs.
Pro Tip
For high-quality extractions:
- Keep the water temperature at ≤ 4 °C (39.2 °F) to optimize resin gland removal.
- Mix slowly and carefully to preserve product quality.
- Working in multiple cycles helps produce separate batches with a quality gradient, avoiding product degradation during the process.
