Pro Organic is ideal for all types of plants and works wonderfully on its own too: when we say "complete", it really is, you don't have to add other elements for a copious and successful cultivation, in most types of water *.
Pro Organic is perfectly soluble and well adaptable to automatic drip systems, or to conventional manual irrigation. It is also the only certified fertilizer for Bioponics.
To further improve performance, and to give growers even more flexibility to optimize their crops, the General Organics line also includes a range of organic complementary additives, we also sell the highest quality beneficial microbes you need to grow organically without a too rich soil.
* NB: If you are growing in fresh water, or in coconut, you may need a Calcium / Magnesium supplement: we recommend using GHE Calcium Magnesium Supplement.
HOW TO USE IT:
• Pro Organic is highly concentrated: a maximum of 2 ml / L is needed in hydroponics and soil.
• Mix well before each use, add each part separately, mix carefully, and always rinse the measuring equipment.
• Note: Pro Organic (and all organic nutrients) must be broken down by microbes to be made accessible to plants. To have a colony large enough to accomplish this task, especially in the initial phase of the plant's life, a biofilter must always be present in the tank in both drainage and recirculation systems.
• You can find a biofilter in a local shop or by suspending a 3 to 5 L plastic jar filled with 60% expanded clay and 40% coconut under the water fall of your system into the tank, eg. under the drain of our AeroFlo.
• Do not immerse the filter in the tank as oxygen levels are vital for the rapid growth of beneficial microorganisms.
